The founder of Big Stick and an award winning creative director with some 20 years experience. Carl believes that ‘hitting people between the eyes’ in terms of impact, gets results. (A strategy inspired by his mother in law apparently!)
Richard Benson
SEO Strategist
Of Kiwi origin Richard has a substantial sales background and knows all the dark arts of SEO. He also is a black belt in the dark arts of Kyokushin (a deadly martial art) so even if he didn’t know what he was talking about, who’s going to argue!??
Helen is our talented in house designer, interestingly her uncle played Jack Duckworth in Coronation St, Helen shares the same northern charm but is a little more stylish in her dress sense and only likes pigeons in a piquant orange sauce.
Chris is our latest acquisition an exponent of kick boxing and cake eating (sometimes simultaneously) he is also a very fast working Mac designer and closely mentored by Creative Director Carl so no doubt he will soon be talking in a northern accent and supporting Sheffield United.

Dawn handles all things financial at Big Stick, she even has the keys to the biscuit tin. Everyone is very polite to Dawn who used to work as a bank manager and we are hoping she still has a key to the bank vault.
